Inclusions of each quote:

• Pack in time for set up/decorating (according to your needs)

• Venue hire of function room/s Surfbreaker & Dunes Room

• Max. Guest 200 pax

• Kitchen facilities (full commercial kitchen)

• Bar Facilities with contracted Duty manager and bar staff

• Security

• Tables and chairs and other venue furniture included (plants and bar leaners)

• Post event cleaning

• Bluetooth speaker system for music

• Projector and ceiling mounted screen

• Microphones

Additional information:

• There is a Bond required for all our events, The bond is fully refundable after the event, assuming there are no issues or damages. Bond amount depends on event details.

• Function End time is set by our Liquor License which ends at midnight, last drinks ordered by 11:45pm

• Additional cost for staff assistance with your room set up and pack downfurniture set up and pack down

• Our venue has a licensed bar so no capacity for BYO.

• Catering – you are free to choose who does your catering

• Decorating and table coverings
