Our classes are full of friendly people who love to dance! Zumba is a mix of Latin and world music with some singalong pop songs thrown in for more fun.

One hour of medium intensity dance fitness fun for adults with a qualified Zumba instructor. Our classes are full of laughter and smiles! Dance at your own pace and in your way.
