Conditions of Entry & Use of Facility
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of visitors and staff, access to Bay Venues facilities are subject to the following conditions:
The following items are not permitted at Bay Venues facilities:
Illegal substances
Guns, knives, or dangerous weapons
Flares, fireworks, or laser pointers
Recording devices for commercial purposes (unless permission sought in advance)
Dogs or other pets (with the exception of Guide dogs)
Skateboards, roller blades or scooters
Any other devices that may create public nuisance, injury, or damage
Signs or banners that are deemed obscene, offensive or abusive
Gang related insignia on clothing/attire
High visibility vests or jackets that may be confused with security or event staff shall not be permitted onsite during an event
No smoking or vaping
Visitors may be refused entry or asked to leave if they:
Appear intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or exhibiting disorderly behaviour
Attempt to bring in prohibited items
Have been issued with a trespass notice that still applies
Are threatening or abusive to other visitors or Bay Venues staff
Sit or stand in aisles, or block entry doors or emergency exits
Take photos or videos in Bay Venues change facilities
Are at an aquatic facility and not complying with Keep Me Safe pool supervision rules
Use the Baypark carpark for any purpose other than for parking (i.e., driving lessons)
Fail to comply with any health and safety requirements or expectations
Bag Searches:
Management or event personnel reserve the right to search bags or persons
Searches may also be carried out on arrival, during an event or leaving our venues
Persons who refuse to participate in searches may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue
Persons causing disturbance or failing to comply with these conditions of use may be evicted without refund and served with a trespass notice.
